Maybe the person that does the mens results is sick at the moment and isnt at work and the person that does all the other results is at work so thats why they are entered.

The person doing what Dimitri use to do is Damien Jennings and IMO he is doing a pretty good job and I know that first hand.
and are you sure Dimitri didnt leave because he wanted another challenge or maybe because he wanted to better himself financially?
