thought it was Parafield?
if true that Stammy has retired good luck to him. A fantastic keeper that no doubt was a key to the Gardens winning two in a row. Top bloke too.

Re: Sunday Premier League - Round 1 Predictions
How anyone can even begin to predict the first game, let alone the championship is beyond me. but i'll give it a crack too. :?
Parafield Gardens vs Ingle Farm - Big game to start off for both of these teams. Simmo will have the boys pumped to get off to a good start. Mixed results for both teams preseason means nothing now. I think farm will be fitter, but gardens clinical. 2-2 draw
Para Hills East vs Elizabeth Grove - Goes without saying who I will predict. Grove have recruited very well and will always be a ball playing side. Should be a good test for us first up.
Fulham Utd vs Elizabeth Vale - Havent heard too much about either really on here, but fulham losing petch is huge. I dont really know their signings but usually they pull a few class players. They need to recruit after last season, it was all too close for them. I think the vale might just edge this one though. They will want it more and will want the points here.
Modbury Vista vs Pontian - Everyone has talked up vista. They've had a great pre season and have a young quick team. But this is this is a totally different league to div 2. might sit on the fence with this one as pontian could do ok, but if they lose to vista they will be struggling for the year. It really could go either way. Pontian from memory werent overly quick, but have the size and experience. 2-2
Elizabeth Downs vs Salisbury Inter - Downs will need to win this to show the rest of the league they mean business. They want the league and have recruited very well. Inter have had mixed results preseason, but earl knows its all about the points not pre season. Inter will be loving being the underdogs, but wont have the class of the downs. 3-0 downs with the home advantage important.

Re: Sunday Premier League - Round 1 Predictions
I dont think anyone got 5 from 5 this week,
As for some or one in particular,
I guess Pontians result speaks for itself this week. as for the info that you received i guess you were wrong. I hope you are enjoying that pie you mentioned in another thread.
Good luck this week
