I think all the current Sunday Division 2 sides will be up there in Division 2 in 2012.....but at the end of the year it won't be the case !

A few pre-season games to go by and last years form

When we played Para Hills West early last year and won (just) I said they would be the big improver and they look like they could push for promotion this year
Beograd, Blue Eagles, Western Strikers, West Beach and Brahma have all had some good results of late

Florina have also picked up quite a few players and could easily bounce back

You never know with Macedonia and Bosna - they might appear to be struggling but that can change quickly and easily

We probably have the best 2 squads since I have been at the club, however with 7-8 changes in both teams might take us a while to get settled as was shown on Saturday

On pre-season would have to say

West Beach

followed by either:

Westies
Florina or
Blue Eagles

Macedonia, BOSNA and Southern Knights to battle for relegation,

others in the middle

With 10...possibly 12 new players signing on anything is possible for Knights....fitness will be an issue early in the season

Westies and West Beach have had cracking preseasons but Mod Vista lads will tell u from a couple of years back it all counts for nothing when round 1 starts

I think ya can't ever write of Southern Knights. Have stayed in Div 2 for a while and that ain't no fluke. Plus they entice you down there with the promise of beers to get your mind off the job

Florina, Macos, Bosna, Beograd and Brahma are all tough games and can produce a 10 min spell that'll turn the game on it's head

Western Strikers have gone div 5-4-3-2 (I think?) so they obviously have some talent and Blue Eagles have quality across the park too and can score plenty of goals.

Blue Eagles had a lot more depth than Western Strikers.......Strikers reserves copped a few hidings last season

Due to the lack of televised games, Advertiser reports, training attendances, squad listing and ins and outs.....I wouldn't have a clue how the year might pan out......would be more like wishing and guessing !
