Seriously? kudos to them
Not happening both teams pulled out cant speak for St Peters but unfortunately the date for games were organised a little late & not enough players available. Bigger game to play next week with Cichanowski Shield will focus on that.

Finally get a home game! Should be a good hit out as always against the Florina boys.
If Leon is referring the Cs again? If so, can we forfeit the game and just go straight to the penalty shoot-out? Will save him making the "tough" decisions to call penalty after penalty for your C team like last year ;)

No we have a special surprise for you, Robbo is doing it. If you argue with him, he'll just eat you
Will Robbo be wearing his famous cargo shorts. I still have that pair of proper ref shorts if he still wants them.

well we knew about the game since february as the saasl and the wbsa organised it since than. from what we got told the gardens coach told your players a bit late. but hopefully its better organised next year and can start a bit of an annual thing for both leagues.

All games played in good spirit and fantastic to watch, soured by one argument on the sidelines but all in all a good run for both clubs. Big congrats to a young Vista lad who stepped up to play in the b's, shows good signs for the future.

Seaford v Southern Knights

Reserves 2-3

First team 4-4

Both games played in good spirits. Quite a few injury concerns for Seaford but overall a good hit out. Good luck to the Knights for the season ahead.

Trimmers got a hatrick not sure of the others. Quality outfit there at the Downs and Trimboli is a class act. Cheers for the games, minus the results it was a top day

Good hit out on a small pitch...kept the pressure on all game.
Kudos to Seaford's goalkeeper....many a fine save made today.

No dis-respect to Brahma but Trimmers will come under a lot more closer marking from the Sun Div 1 sides when the real stuff starts.

He will score goals but it won't be a cake walk if that's what he and the Downs are thinking.

Went out to watch the Hawks v Vipers match as I did last year. Many friends out there, especially the great man behind the bar :D
I don't know if the two teams had players out but if that was close to the two teams full squad, then I think both teams will struggle, especially the Hawks as they are playing in the Premier Division. I must say, I haven't come across a team that complain and argue like the Vipers. They are constantly putting each other down and any time they get touched by the opposition they want the ref to send them off. The Vipers have 2 great players in their squad mixed in with a lot of average ones. I'm sure that they will be looking for promotion this year but the majority aren't disciplined enough to be able to challenge for the top 2 positions. I think they may need a change in captaincy. Their captain constantly berates his players and hasn't realised yet that soccer is a contact sport.
The Hawks have seemed to have lost a lot of players from last year and haven't seemed to of picked up any new ones. If that is the team that will take the park this season, then I think you guys will be doing a good job to not get relegated.
All in all it was a scrappy game with quite a few chances for both teams, especially the Vipers.

Good luck to both teams in their respective divisions.

C's 5-2
B's 4-1
A's 1-0
Tommy: We've lost Gorgeous George.

Brick Top: Well, where'd you lose him? He ain't a set of fucking car keys now, is he? And it ain't as if he's incon-fucking-spicuous now, is it?
