DO NOT BE FOOLED BY IMITATION TOURS!!!

The Real "U.K Goalkeepers Tour" the number 1 goalkeepers tour in the World is running again this year departing Australia on the 23rd of November 2012
This World class tour has been running for 7 years now with over 130 goalkeepers attending and many going on to represent Australia at different levels and no less then 12 keepers that have attended the tour are now contracted goalkeepers in the A-League or at proffessional clubs around the World.
This years tour is sponsored by NIKE Football and every goalkeeper will be outfitted from head to toe in "quality" Nike clothing including tracksuit, polo, jersey, training pants, spray jacket, hoodie, managers jacket, back pack and gloves.
This tour only trains at Premier clubs, in 2012 you will train at Chelsea, Fulham, Arsenal, Spurs, Man City, Liverpool, Everton and a session with goalkeeping guru Eric steel the head goalkeeper coach of Manchester United........But wait there is more this years tour will then head to SPAIN for a session at FC Barcelona at the first team facility plus a stadium tour of Camp Nou.

Both your tour leaders for this tour are ex proffessional goalkeepers that have played overseas and in the Australian National League, they have both been goalkeeper coaches in the A-League and have the highest goalkeeper coaching credentials in the country, they will assist you with taking your goalkeeping to the next level, you will be given a full assessment report at the completion of your tour.

We are a fully licensed tour provider and we have staff based on the ground in both countries that will ensure your quality of tour.

So if you are after the real "UK Goalkeeper Tour" then contact Red Lion Football to book your place as places are filling fast or check us out on www.redlionfootball.com.au

Fantastic Chris keep up the great work your doing in South Australia.
The person that is Redlionfootball you are a joke, can’t even start your own thread mate you have to try and hijack Chris's, a bit tragic mate, very unprofessional. On that alone you have lost all credibility, I cannot believe a decent professional would stoop that low, you might be a decent coach mate but you are a questionable businessman and an even more questionable human being. You have lost customers in South Australia and Victoria after your 2010 tour, you can have the best credentials but if you can’t organize tours what use are they. My lad would go on Chris's tour before I would even consider yours, I would even take him there myself before I would let you have responsibility for my son.
Chris Higgins has put together a fantastic tour backed by one of the most professional sports tour groups in Australia, Ive known Chris for a long time now and if he puts as much passion into this tour as he does his coaching it will be a fantastic success. It’s not an imitation tour it’s the real thing! It’s obviously worried a few people up in Queensland. I urge anybody who is looking to go on a goalkeeping tour to go with FFI-ST and Goalkeeping SA.

Well said prefly!! Graham Ross clearly has his over inflated panties in a twist!! I wonder why!! Is it because Chris's tour is $1000 cheaper, one extra night and more training sessions.

My friend's son has been on the Red Lion tour, Graham didn't even speak to him the whole tour, had written on his assessments he was 13, when he was actually 16, and the coach's had informed the boys they would have a coaching session with the guys from Red Lion, only to have it cancelled the next morning because they were not feeling the best  !!!

I wonder Mr Ross if you have hijacked the other tours that are organised throughout Australia, Paul Jones from the ACT, John Stevanja from NSW, i highly doubt it!!!

You are a bully plain and simple, we should be embracing that someone else is giving goalkeeping boys the opportunity of a life time, and developing the goalkeepers of tomorrow.

Clearly you need to return to school and learn what imitation means, copy of original or genuine article, you Mr Ross are neither original or genuine!!!!

Mr Ross you are a clown :clown:

I am very sorry but the only unproffessional person here is Chris Higgins, i did everything in my power to help Mr Higgins with his business i sponsored his academy paying for goalkeepers clothing and gloves out of my own pocket i even set Chris up as my agent in SA for the SELLS brand to help him as he was struggling to find work i really didnt need an agent but just wanted to help the guy out, when the A-League club came to town i let him come in and kick a few balls at the keepers to again help his profile.

Then Chris comes on one of my tours, firstly he puts his own academy logos all over my tour clothing (in a premeditated move) and proceeds to get his photo taken with everyone i introduce him to in major clubs so he can come home and put them on his website to make himself look good until i had to ask him to take them down as he did not have permission to use such photos. Chris even tried to email a few clubs to arrange meetings whilst on my tour?? Everton were not happy about this email and forwarded it to me.

Then Chris sneaks his wife onto our tour bus from London to Manchester to save himself money i say ok no problem i guess!!!, but when he sneaks his wife into his room in our Manchester hotel for 6 nights?? and only gets caught when he asks staff to "sneak" in an extra bed, he had gone to far for me.

Chris proceeded to sneak around behind my back for the entire tour trying to get email addresses and contact information from all my contacts and friends so he could no doubt do his own tour, many coaches said to me "what is this guy up to?".......so yes i am not happy about this tour and you can make up your own mind who is the unproffessional one here.

When i confronted Chris about this he then went about trying to distroy the tour by telling lies to the S.A boys who would of course believe his story, as i was not about to stand up in front of boys and tell them what had gone on as this would have been inappropriate.

On return to Australia Chris was let go as our agent and our sponsorship was revoked as i could not work with a man like this.

This tour was started 7 years ago purely to give Australian goalkeepers a fantastic experience and this was the only one of its kind in the World at the time, and i would hate someone to wreck this for everyone through unproffessional practices like putting Mark Schwarzer's photo on his flyer again unauthorized and Mark is considering legal action as he has no knowledge of this tour or use of his image in promoting it.

I am not against other goalkeeper tours and in fact have contacted many people Paul Jones included to assist them with their tours as i am all for helping young keepers, but not when it has been done in this way. i just needed Chris to know that i know what you have done and yes it is an "Imatation" a poor one at that!!

I will not comment again, so feel free to bag me and my company if you wish.

FYI we have not lost business in SA as we let the SELLS agency go at the start of 2012 to take up the NIKE agency so business is booming thank you very much. :D :D

Listen Graham good-luck with your tour, all i know since 2007/08 14 or 15 keepers from South Australia have gone on your tours brought in by Chris this is fact. Quick to take the money from these keepers and their parents. I know what went on on the 2010 tour from at least 5 different persons. I'm not concerned with your relationship with Chris what concerns me is the way the 2010 tour was conducted, by all accounts badly. A very different story to the one you tell, there were other parents/adults on the tour mate who also know the facts. You just seem like a person who is angry at a little competition and if your not bothered by it why the hostility? Are all the goalkeeping tours that go to England going to be labeled imitations? Kudos to you for starting the tours in Australia but please, your ego must be so large indeed if it needs to try and destroy others who try..... give it a rest Graham.

Mr Ross you have no class, to defame someone the way you have is appalling, and shows exactly what type of person you truly are.

GKSA is working with one of the biggest and best tour operators in the UK and Australia, who certainly has permission to use the images they have. Paul Jones from the ACT and Jeff Napier here in SA also work with this tour operator.

To mention Mark's name the way you have is extremely unprofessional, and I know Mark would not be happy with having his name used in such a manner.Would NIKE also be happy to have their name associated with such an unbalanced rant, I doubt it!!!

My son has been coached by Chris for several years, and everyone that knows him on a personal level, knows what an outstanding individual he is, he truly cares about his boys and just wants them to be the best they can be.

Congratulations Chris on not responding and having dignity and class :D

I know alot of stuff gets by on this forum in Wild West, But I cant believe that the posts from Redlionfootball have not been deleted by Admin??????? To me they are personally attacking and slandering Goalkeeping SA and Chris Higgins.

Fancy coming on here and slurring another goalkeeping academy, first rule in business DONT SLUR THE OPPOSITION!

I dont know Redlionfootball BUT I do know Chris and Goalkeeping SA and I have only ever heard good reports from the many clubs and individual keepers that have dealt with Chris and Goalkeeping SA.

Admin surley you should delete some of these posts!

Chris is too much of a gentleman to respond, I'm certainly not and I am a very good friend of Chris, he has coached my lad since he was 10 and I'm just supporting him. I don't like bullies.

Even if your tour is better Redlion, I have no idea, to belittle a well respected person in SA is very poor.

Choice is what people want, there is room for more than one tour.

BTW, I checked with one of the Premiership clubs you mentioned you are training with, they don't have any knowledge of it, have you actually booked the dates in yet? Just asking....

If so, please PM me with thr exact schedule, and I will confirm with them

Just guessing but I think we might find Chris has been instructed not to say anything at the moment.
My sons friend was on the previous tour with Chris and his version of events is much different to what’s been said on here which is disgraceful.
Chris you have every right to start a tour of your own and you obviously had some of your lads wanting to go on a tour and we can now see why they don’t want the “other” experience.
Regarding images the tour operator has used just use some others instead are we really that picky ?
I think most tour operators go to Fulham, Everton and Reading due to the Australian connection and I don’t think Chris has back doored anyone either as he has probably left a lot at the moment to his tour operator.
With 3 of his young keepers having trained with some of his contacts in the UK and 2 of the boys then recommended to a premier league club and a championship club by these contacts I would think he has enough of his own.
