Well in Man City. Another trophyless year on the horizon.

I'm fairly sure he is captain of Israel? This may have something to do with it.

We only ever had one aim this year and that's to get in that wretched comp that you lot have been in for the last decade or more. Hopefully, we'll take your place.

I couldn't give a hoot about the Carling Cup, UEFA Cup or any other cup for that matter. Obviously, neither did Harry.

Fact remains, Arsenal will win sweet FA again.

Your talking out ur arse again Cyril. The only thing you guys have one is the carling cup. So don't give us that carry on! You played a full strength side like all others do when playing European games, unless already qualified of course.
Take the loss on board and keep the commenting to how you lot might be able to turn it about in the Europa.
You still is above Arsenal but it's only to keep our seat warm til round 38 when we rightfully take it back.

Thankyou

Thankyou
Muppet. How was that a full strength side? He changed the GK, the whole defence, the defensive mid, a winger and a forward, none of which would be in our first 11. And it showed. I don't think we've got the depth of squad (neither have Arsenal btw) to compete on two fronts, so I'm not upset that we can concentrate on the League.

As for what we've won, you're missing the point. Us Spurs fans are well used to winning FA so it doesn't bother us. You lot (somehow - must be luck) have won a fair bit in the last 15 years so it hurts you when you don't, and that's what we enjoy. It's water off a duck's back to us, but daggers to the heart for Gooners.

Now you're jealous of our Carling Cup

I remember certain supporters banging their drums about making it into Europe (and mocking those that didnt get there). If it is so important to get into Europe, why is the competition treated with such disdain suddenly? Methinks if you get through, you'll be quite happy enough and be interested again.

I can't imagine me every mocking a Liverpool supporter, well not often anyway. The reality is, unless you're Manchester City, United or Chelsea you really don't have the depth of squad to allow you to compete effectively at home and in Europe so, if you've got a half way decent chance of qualifying for the CL, the Europa League becomes meaningless. Obviously once you realise that you can't make the CL (like last year for us) then Europa suddenly looks good. I'm sure that, with the CL being worth so much dosh these days, most of the top 7 that have a chance of qualifying will be fielding weakened sides in all the other comps. Except of course, the Goons who were so desperate to win the Carling Cup that they put their full strength squad out and still failed!

Another super strike from the man of the hour RVP and we are starting to sit pretty. Last 16 in CL and fourth in the league. :D

One more striker purchase in the jan window and I think we are close to a complete squad.

Fair play to van Pansie, he's a top quality player in red hot form. Without him you'd be right in the doo doo so you'd better hope he stays fit.

Without Song, Kos, Verm, Shez we'd be right in the doo doo...RVP has been in right place at right time for a lot of his goals, but i aint complaining :)

agree buy another goal scorer in January, stay within the 10 point mark of Citeh and we will still be in the title race...if Sp*rs are in the title race then fuck we sure as hell are haha

Where's old loudmouth Haywood this morning? We only sing when we're winning? Not that the mob at the New Library sing much at all

Good game to watch and the Goons actually played quite well. I'm hoping Arshavin plays every game!!

Good 3 points away from home this morning. Definatly was not one of our better performances but points this time of year is what it's all about! RVP equalled Henry with 34 goals in a calander year, with a game to go can he beat it..

NOC im supporting you both in the morning.. Cmon the Chelski, Cmon the SPUDS 2-2 draw - Ade double Bale 2 assists with a JT double for Chelski, great result for my fantasy team

 for me @ the season so far.
Seven points from seven games, not settled domestically and scraped through European qualification extremely uneasily.
Turn of the calendar year and things look bright for the club and still remain in contention for all the majors.
I was his biggest ,or one of at least, but as they say...in Arsene we trust.

The most popular item in Arsenal's club shop this year?

A Robin van Persie tea tray... useful for carrying 10 mugs.
