I was told that David Pavich has been given this job?
Is Michael still coaching the first team next year?

Go you reds David Pavich is not coaching at the Western Strikers, yes Michael is first team coach next year. Are you interested in the role available?

Apologies, i got it wrong, was told that David was a coaching director, is that the case? What does a coaching director do in a div 2 amatuer club?
Also i have passed on your details as there is some one interested in the reserves position.

Heard that"s not a certainty, maybe a position in another league.

Yes great coach is Michael and deserves a change to coach at a higher level.... But where would this leave the strikers?? would they promote their assistant who in the last two years got the Vikings relegated?

Congrats to Michael for getting the assistants job at the Strikers Feds team.... now that leaves the Strikers amatuer team with no coach?

"I am happy to announce that we have appointed Joe Tassone as A-Team Coach for Season 2012, to be assisted by Bruno Gallace.
Everyone would be familiar with Bruno as a former Player with WSSC, but Joe also had a career playing for the Western Strikers First team, and we are glad to once again welcome “Club” People back into the fray.
I am confident that Joe & Bruno, with the aid of David Pavic, can form a coaching group that can carry us into Div 1 next year."

**Joseph is an awesome pick up and will impart some of his toughness and valuable playing experience into the club to propell them straight into Div 1, Bruno is an absolute gentleman on and off the field with a great soccer brain and a pleasure to call him a mate, its always great to get people from with in as their love and respect for the club shine through continuing a great culture that the strikers have..... my tip is Strikers div 2 champions 2012!!**

Want to be careful, that is a good way to fire up all the other div 2 sides with statements like that. I dont think you realise how tough that league is, I reckon it is the toughest division in the league. Everyone is really competitive as you are only one division away from the chance of playing in the top division, and no one wants to get relegated because then you are a long way away from playing in division 1. Lets compare notes in 12 months time ? Good Luck :)
