Re: SATURDAY LEAGUE RESULTS - 2009/07/18

We (Stirling) had no problems when he reffed the game in round 2, I actually think he's been one of the better ref's we've had all season (I could name at least 4 club refs that were worse). Always found the bloke friendly and approachable too...... No coincidence that teams who play in the right ...

BOSA v Gleeson A's 7-1 B"s 2-0 I think Confirmed. Boys harrassed me about my lack of match reports. 1st team. Should have been double the result with more chances missed than Paco in a macdonalds. BOSA's left back was already on holidays and the BOSA wall had more holes than swiss cheese. All in ...

Re: SATURDAY LEAGUE RESULTS - 16/05/09

The problem with being a linesman in this league is that the refs don't want to allow them to actually do the job properly. On Saturday the linsemen in both the B's and the A's were given a clear instruction to raise the flag for any player who was in an offside position, with the refs then wanting ...

Re: Saturday or sunday morning teams need a referee

Sorry Ozzy having trouble with my pm but BOSA SC are definitely looking for a referee for our C team. In fact we are looking for somebody to ref the C's ($50) and B's ($50) and run the line in the A's ($25). We are based in Prospect. You can give me a call on 0411758680 if you wish to discuss.

Anybody looking for a C's trial game this Saturday?

BOSA SC have recently started a third team, and are now looking for trial games at short notice. It is our C team so standard needs to be similar, and our ground is not yet ready so would need to be away fixture. Please pm me if your club may be interested, or ring Mossy on 0411758680

More brilliance from you Hulk. Phil has always been involved in some capacity but has not had the time to coach full time due to work commitments. Now that he has the time why would we not want to take advantage of his experience?

Re: Will Wanderers choke again??!!

Lets just hope that if the Wanderers finally do play to their potential, they can learn what it means to be a champion team. It is not just about winning games, but includes things like sportsmanship and good conduct. Qualities that are sadly missing down there. Stirling, BOSA, St Peters are all ...
