Re: Australia 'passes test'

If it does get held in Qatar, what time would the games be shown on TV live approximately?

South Korea/Japan was great for times here, Germany was shizenhouse, Sud Afrika was not to bad, however the World Cup in Brazil will be live here at about 7am? That is going to lick bunghole.

Re: how many spots should Asia lose at the World Cup?

I think they should lose 1. If NZ fail to qualify to the Asia/Oceania playoff, we could see the likes of Bahrain or Saudi Arabia v Solomon Islands or Fiji. It would be kind of cool to see one of those small islands in the World Cup, but when its at a cost of a team like Croatia, Russia, Sweden ...

Time for Australia to get behind the 2022 World Cup bid

WITH the eyes of the world fixed on South Africa for the past month, it has only reiterated the power of football and particularly the World Cup. It also confirms the absurdity of the AFL-led anti-World Cup propaganda in Australia. To consider the hosting of a World Cup a waste of money is like ...

$100 on Villa pre-tournament. As said above, it is unlikely there will be a tie breaker because it goes by Goals Scored, Goal Assists then Minutes played. Currently Villa is winning as he has played 3 less minutes than Sneijder. I am thinking about putting $100 on Sneijder just to cover myself with ...
