Re: Clubs that charge players

Really $250 great Value? I've been on a club committee recently and seen first hand, that player registration is a good way to milk additional funds from the players. If you look in the right place, you can source a full adidas strip for 1/5 of that amount. Plus rego fee with the league - peanuts ...

Dave Beaman is good guy and a great coach.

Para Hills East will be a good outfit next year under Dave.

Re: Sunday Results - Round 17

Hard fought game yesterday at the Vale. Cheers to all the Fullham boys who did come back in for a beer and some food, but i was disappointed by the minority who didn't shake hands after the game and accused us of throwing the game last week against Florina. Your taking a stab at the whole club and ...

Re: Sunday Div 1 coaches for 2012

So Nugget, you saying the dollars have not a made a difference to the Gardens success over the past two years??? What planet do you live on. Florina and Gardens are perfect example of what happens when the dollars are splashed and what happens when they are not. No disrespect to Cooky because he is ...

Re: Recruitment vs Coaching

This is an interesting topic. Recruitment and coaching go hand in hand, both need to work otherwise having the best coach won't do it as will only having the best players. I think a prime example of this is Fulham United. They have a decent squad, picked up a few players who can play, and still aren ...

Re: Sunday Results 10-7-11

The referee at the Fulham/Grove game had a poor performance as well. It doesn't sound nice to bag referee's but in all seriousness something needs to be done. They kill the game when a few simple words to players will do to get on with it and settle down rather than brandishing red cards all over ...

Re: Sunday Results 10-7-11

Very poor performance by the Ref in the Florina/Pontian game. Questions must be asked. His performace (for lack of a better word) certainly raises numerous questions about this game. The referee at the Fulham/Grove game had a poor performance as well. It doesn't sound nice to bag referee's but in ...

Re: Premier League round 12 review

It is an interesting theory. Fulham have some players coming in getting over injuries etc, Downs are a strong unit, and Ingle Farm are a consistent side. The top 4 is very strong though, Parafield are in a good spot at the moment however the teams below them are quite able to shake it up. The teams ...
