Re: Sunday DIV 3 Round 11 Predictions
Raptors v San Marco A's 2-2 B's 2-2 Both teams dominated at particular stages of the game however Raptors did have the better of the chances hitting the cross bar twice but conceded goals in injury time of both halves. San Marco is a much improved side compared to the one we played in the first ...

Re: Sun Div 3 round 7 predictions
Seaford v Raptors
A's 0-1
B's 0-6
Poor finishing in front of goal kept Seaford in the game but Raptors eventually scored in the last 10 minutes.
Will need to lift our game when we meet the likes of Port Pirie and Munno Para over the next few weeks if we are going to challenge for the premiership.

Re: CLUBS GETTING CALLS TO JOIN STATE LEAGUE IN 2013
Tea Tree Gully will be presented with a very good offer before the week is out. Gully should focus on moving up the divisions again before thinking about going to ffsa Agreed... why would they be given an "offer" This makes no sense if i was in the FFSA decision making area A good junior setup and ...

Re: Raptors Pre season
I believe Jim has signalled his intention to move on as a coach and he will be sorely missed. Some of our younger players have benefited from having him as coach and I believe that it may be a one step back, 2 step forward result for the club as a result of his input. He inherited a player list that ...

Re: Raptors Pre season
Adelaide Man, You obviously have some issues with the club, I am not sure if your just an ex-player that probably thought he was better than he actually was and didnt get a chance in the first team or just an absolute tool that didnt fit in at the club...judging by some of your comments this year I ...

Re: Raptors Pre season
I remember when P Cagialis was coaching and he asked Pete to come off the bench, I think it was around the 10 minute mark of the 2nd half that he asked him to come on, by the time he finished his warm up there was only about 15 minutes to go. I remember using him as an excuse to not catch up with a ...

Re: CONTRACT PLAYERS WANTED / ATTRACTIVE REMUNERATION AVAILA
I think the payment of players in div 2 is quite ridiculous let alone div 3 clubs starting to do so, Whatever happened to the good old days when playing amatuers was about playing with your mates and having a few beers. Obviously all clubs want to be competitive but they should do so naturally via ...

Which JT are you talking about? We have a few of those now, although I am assuming that you are talking about your melbourne comrad. He played a couple of cameo games for us this year and did really well. One in particular comes to mind though, we were 0-1 down against Port Pirie at half time, JT ...

I was thinking about retirement this year but it's nights like these which really make you realise why you play amatuer soccer....it definetely isnt for the quality pitches! I guess that's what happens when you play for a club in which nobody is paid to play, people are there for the people. My head ...

Re: Raptors points deducted?
The croatia case was different, they knowingly played a suspended player under a different name. Our club didnt intentionally play a suspended player and that player was noted on the team sheet as his real name. Also, if you take into consideration the fact that he came on as a substitute when the ...

Guy who popped his shoulder was in great pain in my car on the way to the hospital, it popped out when he raised his arm to give one of our players a high five when we scored the equaliser. The biggest concern for him is how easily it popped out. Better news for the player with the knee, it may not ...

Re: Raptors points deducted?
As a Raptors player and captain I am dissapointed that our club has been associated with such a topic. Yeah, first hit out for the boys today and must admit it was all very rusty. No excuse, but we are Still an unsettled side with some players to come in and ...
