In reply to Nuggett it is obvious that he was not at the AGM.As a matter of fact I look around for your clubs representative and there was no one to be seen.A poor showing for a 1st Division Club. The reason I mention this is that all the points mentioned in this forum were discussed at the AGM.So if ...

Haha, we already checked with the ATO and everything we are doing is all above board. It helps when we have an accountant at the club :D We are hardly paying big dollars either. In fact, its pretty small and everyone is on the same money. I'm having the rig the raffles and members draw to get my ...

BOSNIAN PITBULL ARE YOU BLIND OR STUPID. MY 5 MONTH OLD SON COULD SEE THAT THE DOWNS HAVE THE BIGGEST SUPPORTER BASE IN THE LEAGUE. EVERY TIME WE PLAY SOMEONE WE WOULD OUT NUMBER THEM BY AT LEAST 3 TO 1. ESPECIALLY THE ETHNICS. I THINK THEY ARE A LITTLE INTIMIDATED BY THE SHEAR SIZE OF OUR CROWD ...

I have an amateur league suspension form sitting in front of me and it states: Penalty Incurred: 1 Match Suspension from: 27/05/2007 to 04/06/2007 If the game on that weekend is called off, which is it? One match or in between those dates? It looks to me like 1 match from the day after the offence ...

Not only do they not do the lower grade goalscorers & best & fairest tallys, they cant even get the results & tables right on the website. Its got TTG B's drawing 2-2 with the Knights in Round 3 but we won 4-2. Now the table is wrong cos we should be 12 pts from 12. Idiots! Thanks for spotting that ...

On the weekend, Adelaide Villa A's defeated the adelide buffers 22-0. With respect to the buffers, who fought all day but were TOTALLY outclassed by the Villa boys. Iis that the Biggest scoreline in amateur League History???? I believe its a joke that teams are allowed to play against pathethic ...

Re: Unbelievable but true
Florina and PHE drew 2-2 last week. The offical score sheet handed into the league states a 2.-1 win to Florina. The SAASL website has a 2-1 win to PHE. Downs humped Parafield 4-1 and a Parafield player got the best on ground votes and no it wasnt their keeper it was their striker. I dont ...

I believe with the Amateur League very close to joining the FFSA,there will be only one body controlling the game in this State. The FFSA will look after the professional Leagues(Super,Premier and State)while the Amateur League will look after the Amateurs. There will be no other body being recognised ...
