Re: Metro stars under 8 gold goal keeper required
Would be a bit unfair on any kid to be set only as keeper.
Isn't this age for kids to learn and have fun? Hence why no points and tables are kept
Metro all about the results hey?

8:45 is a perfect time to start - get the game done and dusted and frees up the rest of the day to spend with family and friends.
Rather an early start than one that starts at 12pm

Here we go again... Play football for most year around 3 times a week for say $800 inc uniform. Or do swimming lessons for $210 a term for 30mins a week with no uniform. So $840 a year for probably 100+ hours less Or play basketball - 2 seasons per year. $550 each season. Plus compulsory uniforms ...

I know of clubs struggling to field a team at the junior levels. Maybe a coordinated effort from the league to identify these and advise those on waiting lists.

Only the top 4-5 teams will be able to attract the top players. Champions League Football will still count for a lot - you wont be seeing a top quality player going to a team who have no chance of CL qualification. Bad news for the English National team - no way will youngsters get a go now

Is this really comparing apples with apples though? Are the costs of having a team in the EPL (excluding player wages) the same as other leagues? How can all these EPL teams not be kicking ass in all European comps? I guess attracting players to a top 10/15 players as opposed to a top 4 in another ...

Its nothing to do with the premiership. Its about champions league. I thought anyone who was seen to break the fair play would be banned from playing in CL? Money talks I guess

Subotic was actually in the box and missed the ball (went over his head) when first goal was scored. So dont know what everyone is complaining about.
Watch the game before commenting.
You actually see him sprinting from the sideline and gets into position when the ball was crossed in

Re: SSC Napoli
Any new stadium better not have a running track.
I've read somewhere that De Laurentiis plans to keep it as is, but just give it a face lift, as his main plans involve developing the area around the stadium. Hope this is not true. We need a stadium like Juve's.
