is it time that with all the money SAASL has

c) history up to date

u may find that it is illegal to sell alcholic drinks outside your clubrooms if you have a liquer licence... even more if ur selling beer at all and you dont have a liquer licence u are in breach of the law.... all drinks must be sold within ur clubrooms.... unless ur licence has an exclusion clause ...
