Re: GHAN UNITED
Ghan will yet again get away with a reprimand. Their continual disregard for authorities is clear. If the punishment doesn’t fit the crime, then why would they care. It’s my opinion that if this was any other side, they would have been expelled by the SAASL. But due to using the cultural diversity ca ...

Re: 32-man World Cup squad announced
Arzani has to go just for some X factor. Rogic has it but the rest of the midfield is quite solid without being spectacular.
I believe scoring goals again will be an issue.

Re: Arnie is the new Socceroos coach
Don't think Australia is going to 2022. Arnie is okay locally. When he is put up against smarter coaches, better opposition he struggles. Look at the Asian Champions League. Claimed before it started SFC were playing to win it. They'll be lucky to win a game.

firstly congratulations to westies on the successful year they've had , league champions for a reason , a shame the way today ended .. but the refereeing , in both games , was horrendous .. the a's game up until 10 minutes into the second half was really good , a hard , tough game of football ...

Re: Email from SAASRA
Don't sell the rest of the league short. There is a widespread problem of abusive behaviour, verbal and/or otherwise right across the league. Many comments have been made on this forum about supporters "giving as good as they get" and the like. Stop the abuse of players and officials from the ...

Re: One Tree Hill Vs Northern Wolves... All in brawl
Same story from SAASL, they do not condone violence but there are no real policies to deter it. Reading on this forum and attending games it seems that violence is accepted. If it happens there is little or no punishment. Why not run the SAASL with the respect it deserves. Have the club's address ...

Ghan do it every other week with no consequences. Modbury Vista should contact the Ghan chiefs. They seem to get off.

Still can't believe all the teams continue to front up to play this side. They basically cheat, fight, abuse and behave digracefully. The clubs should boycott the games until the league takes action.

So if the league ask for the video for round 2 game against Pontians, Ghan would be willing to provide.. Probably get the same response I got last year mate 'sorry that person isn't in Adelaide at the moment' Ghan always provides evidence to the league only. This time they will do it again. Ghan ...

Re: GHAN UNITED
Same Ghan stories. I'll ask a question that others continually ask. How are this side still in the competition. They don't understand that it's a sport. They believe that if they can't win the game they will win the fight. Culture is a strange thing, but theirs is not that of a team that is required ...

All these replies, how, why, what and accusations of racist remarks. Then we go to the initial issue. A guy goes out to play a game of Soccer and have a bit of fun socially with his mates and has to deal with this. From alleged repeat offenders. "Digital Rape" does it matter what the meaning is ...

Same culprits all the time. If it's not one thing it's another. Playing ffsa players, fights, threatening officials or sexualy assaulting someone. Will the SAASL eventually take any action or wait until it's too late.
Don't have to name the teams, anyone could guess.

Re: Is SAASL a shambles
Supporters, players, officials need to understand referees are there to help with the game. Yes they are paid. Not very much and do a good job. Not always getting decisions right. Yet there is too much abuse. No official goes out there to ruin a teams season. They make some mistakes as we all do. I ...

Re: Sunday 2nd Div Promotion and relegation
I have watched many games in the SAASL and FFSA this year. Modbury Vista would be close to winning the SL2 competition with their current side. Maybe mid table State League 1 side. NPL a stretch. They play a hard, fast, attacking brand of football. They would struggle a little with the referees in ...
