Re: More fixture f*** ups
Pitbulls just cant make round 1. Means Angle Vale get a round 1 pass. Rest is a 10 team league and still a bit off. Someone obviously didn't give it much thought and just got something up, which hasn't ended in a good result.

Re: More fixture f*** ups
On the positive side, Monarchs don't have to play away to Angle Vale. Saves some petrol. Plus we have 3 away games at Sturt Marion. Nice and close to my house. Back to back games against Downs is a tough ask really, but at least we don't have to play twice in the first round like they do.

No one ever WANTS to see a team with the history you guys have die off. Hopefully you can pick up the pieces and knock something together for next season (in an appropriate division). Good luck.

There have been other claims this week by teams for Fed players playing in the Amateur league. Be interesting to see how that pans out.

Do they only send the teams you are playing against, not the full draw? Well that's no fun.

Honest opinion? League can only count whats provided to them. They are slow, but they generally get the info they have online. Have a chat to your coaches in time for next season and make certain that the match reports are all correct. Saves a hell of a lot of hassle in the long run. I can say that ...

I was thinking similar, except being a person that has sent time at Seaford, I was fully aware that he is being serious. I chose to ignore the post.
Im assuming he voted Liberal, at the very least.

Re: Sunday Div 4 News & Results
Div 4 will be an interesting looking division next year. You would assume no Asia, no Andrews Farm and maybe no Centrals. With two of the four dependable southern teams going up and even Athelstone struggling for numbers, it might be a completely revamped league.

Re: Sunday Div 4 News & Results
If it helps, Noarlunga played 2 games with around 15 players. Sierra did pretty much the same (although Im positive their guys weren't out on the piss till the early hours the day before). 2 games left in the season. Looking forward to some really easy forfeit fixtures. That forfeit team are ...

Re: Sunday Div 4 News & Results
Id do it, but every game would be a 2-nil win and my only predictions would be which of the two sides are going to forfeit.
After this weekend, Noarlunga B's will have played two games in 8 weeks. Mawson Lakes and Aldinga.

Fine, Ill argue, you are all dickheads. Sorted.
Theres no reason to argue at the moment, no one is playing games. Once people actually get game time, there might be a bit of banter.....

I understand 1 of those games has at least had the b's forfeit. A's not far behind.
Edit to say that the team hasnt actually told the team they are meant to be playing yet either.

Hatchet, FYI the grange pitch isnt holding up too well at all . The main pitch is slippery mud, but I dont know what the Lions pitch is like on the far side. The training pitches at the back are just kinda..... squishy. Like theres a bit of water under the surface that just wont run off. Seems like ...

Meh, is what it is. Dissapointing but at the end of the day, at least there was two games played. Id much prefer to have you guys in the league playing two games and having a bit of fun than playing teams that pull out at the last minute every week. As Ive said before, new teams that come into the ...

Blue nile used to be flooded in each goal mouth and for some odd reason, the wings were usually just boggy mud. Always great fun.

I dont know about everyone else, but Id just like to see some teams in this league playing games. Seaford hasnt played for a few weeks, Neither has Noarlungas reserves. Aldinga got a forfeit as well. Centrals and Croatia cant play anything on their pitches due to waterlogging and Andrews Farm ...

Re: Sunday Div 4 News & Results
Lucky Athelstone forfeit the B's, Noarlunga were incredibly low on numbers as well due to injuries etc from what I understand. Half the B's played in the A's to fill in as well.

Noarlunga B's won 5-0 Noarlunga A's 3-1 Bobbly pitch really didnt help, loads of stray passes and horrible efforts to control the ball. I think unley will get a load of different results away from home on some of the better kept pitches. Just trying to get the ball on the deck and playable was ...

Re: Sunday Div 4 News & Results
I can confirm Noarlunga lost both games. 5-2 in the B's, 3-2 in the A's. B's game had to be cut short because Sierra turned up with only 4 players and refused to go on until they had a full 11. In the end they had about 14 players for both games. At the end of the second game the players on the ...

They then socialise and play amongst teams from all over Adelaide. The idea is sound, the intent is good. Most clubs have actually started and thrived with this sort of plan and gone on to get promoted, organise youth teams and generally become an active and positive part of the football landscape ...
