Why did the referee let the game to go ahead. SAASL competition rules state home team changes. Only way to deal with clubs who don't comply with competition rules is the referee to have guts and call the game off. Promblem is that referees only care about getting pad.

Was talking to Petros during the week and he is refereeing his final game on Sunday 15th to concentrate on his bike ride for Little Heroes.

Spectators can stand anywhere as long as they are behind honour lines. This is Adults soccer not kids games.
There is no such rule in SAASL that spectators cant stand behind goals.
Some junior sporting competitions have such a rule to stop parents from coaching or abusing the goalkeeper.

The best referee is not always appointed. Referee told me that a referee can not have the same team within three weeks. They are rotated.
