I use Soccer Tutor, which can be downloded, Its quite good for drawin up traning excercises, and set pieces etc, it also has a manager add on but I dont use that although another coach I know does and he reckons its quite good

STIC 2 weeks ago, 2 teams played without referee, boys did it themselves, made decisions, awarded a pemnalty on thier own.

No Parents screaming at the ref, so no one for kids to copy, Result was well bahaved kids, no one to copy

Bigeest problem for me is when the kids have the same coach irrespective of who it is for 5 or 6 years, they need to have a new coach at least every 2 years, differant perpective.
