Re: Teams folding and forfeiting
Just to confirm, TVSC are not folding, yes we have forfeited this week due to a massive injury list and overseas trips, however we did ask Northern Wolves if they would like to reschedule and they decided to take the 3 points. Furthermore SAASL were informed that we (TVSC) were struggling to fill 2 ...

Re: Results 22/9
Special mention to the rams who were undermanned today but still gave us a solid game, typical derby, form book goes out the window!!!, we also had some suspensions today also, so same for both sides!!' Hopefully a rivalry can be built...better team won on the day...a few hard/late tackles and some ...

Not having Golden Boot....not fair on the remainder of the the team...not as though you have the Golden Full Back!!!! Of course a forward is going to win it...its a team game not individual trophy hunters! Perhaps drop a few divisions, get a bit better, play upfront and you could win it I'm pretty ...

PARAFIELD GARDENS-catch up games
There was a period of time there where Parafield Gardens did not play their fixtures.....on trying to organise to play them in a catch up game (postponed due to waterlogged pitch) I have been told that they will not be coming up to play...should this then be a forfeit????

Re: Saturday Division 4 League Table & Results *Updated Week
There have been two spitting incidents in two different games for us this year. One incident was witnessed and dealt with by the referee and the other was missed. Its a disgusting act that can turn a game into a brawl and should not be tolerated. I completely agree, spitting should not be tolerated ...

Rest of the results A's Flinders 1-0 east adelaide B's 2-0 Torrens valley 5-3 Mt compass 3-3 Torrens Valley A game got quite spiteful towards the end...2 alledged spitting incidents in the game, I think certain Compass players were getting frustrated as they gave up a 3-1 lead for the second game ...

Re: Saturday Division 4 League Table & Results *Updated Week
I must say there seems to be a surprising result in last weeks games with Angkor. In both games, but the reserves team seem to have been dominating as well, but went down to Torrens Valley who were beaten by oisc the week before 9-1... Lots of missing players, or did Torrens Valley play a cracker ...

Re: Saturday Division 4 League Table & Results *Updated Week
You are talking about 3 isolated Incidences. Even offical refs make mistakes. We pride our selfs on playin hard physical football NOT cheating. We also feel bitching after the 90min isn't on. If we bitched about refs every time they stuff up this whole forum would be covered in our posts. The game ...

Re: Playing in 2 Divisions
Too many socialists on this thread for my liking :P Sure bigger clubs have an advantage....That is why they are bigger clubs. Think it is about the player numbers available (ie Adelaide United only have acertain number of players they can nominate for the ACL) ...not the funds or facillities ...
