Re: SAASL Affiliation to the FFA/FFSA

There are a million question not least being will fees go through the roof? There's no hiding the fact that a lot of FFSA teams use ...

Re: Craig Laird's SAASL Cup Round 3 Write Up

I understand where your coming from but harsh to put in on Craig who without his work and reports we'd have nothing. I always return his calls if I miss him but do know that not all coaches do so he can only go by what he's told as he can't attend every game. Great result for Jets and good to see ...

Re: Brahma Lodge Soccer Club 2017

I bet Ryan isn't impressed losing his top scorer from the last 2 years - will this bring them back to the pack - time will tell. No coach is happy to lose players but players make their own decisions on where they play and not clubs so with this I /we have wished Robbie, and the others that have ...

Re: How to improve the SAASL in 2017 and beyond

Isn't the two weeks in place to allow for an appeal? There in no appeals process any more. The two weeks is as the website is not being used to its full functionality and the league only gets the match sheets in on Wednesday and doesn't have the time to process and notify the club by the following ...

Re: How to improve the SAASL in 2017 and beyond

This isn’t a dig and just suggestions as the league is very well run in my opinion but there’s always room for improvement: Support local match reports from Craig Laird by placing on the website Suspensions to be 1 week after the 4th yellow card offence (not 2 weeks as it is currently) Clear dis ...

Quality write ups by Craig Laird each week which i'm sure most in the premier league appreciate.

Any clubs keen on showing our appreciation by chipping in to get him something to show our appreciation?

Re: Lodge wins a b and c titles

This is the reason why any catch up games should be played before the last Round. What if that means a home team are forced to give up home ground advantage? If you can't produce a pitch suitable to play on then yes unfortunately. Having a team win on a forfeit is poor, surely the Brahama lads ...
