It's leaving soccer for dead. Why's everyone panicking? So what! Good on cricket for initiating a very entertaining season of sport. Maybe soccer is shiting itself :D Maybe we should move the sport end of winter to beginning od summer, so there's no competition against the world game  Maybe ...

Re: U18s JSL competition
Some peoples opinions are if you are not playing 18's, after 16's, the player is going to struggle to make senior, reserves and so on. This is not mine, I have my thoughts and opinions, I'm just seeing what you all think. This is correct! Including A/league clubs, AIS and the coaches all involved ...

Re: Best Junior Coach
Diego Pellegrino - as a coach to develop players, he's really good - treats all kids evenly and changes his training drills every time - he's great with the kids - I heard metro stars under 13s are pretty good - they poach players( 2 African boys)- that's not good coaching when you rely on 2 ...

Re: First XI game today
Quite frankly my hard earned dollars getting tipped in to my son's private school should be spent on kids learning reading writing and 'rithmetic. Not on paying big dollars to these big name coaches just to stroke the egos of the school sports dept. If your kid is serious about his soccer, there ...

Fulham is another club going to FFSA. They're seem to be better organised and have been for years, picking up ex: A/ city players and seem to be really well run.

Federation is amateurs.
Let's face reality.
Teams are getting younger & younger.
I'd like to see end of the year a select/state teams from both SAASL & Fed.play off.

Re: What's a GOOD junior coach worth?
If the FFA was really serious about getting Australia (eventually) to a world class standard (say top 10-15), it would need to spend at least 10-20 mil a year on genuine world class junior coaches. Not having a go at those who put in so much hard work into the game, because without them we wouldn't ...

I don't get anyone whingeing about doctored pitches. It's called home advantage. The problem is, Australia want EVERYTHInG their way.
