As far as I was informed by SAASL - you can have 5 subs & any C-Grade game is interchange this season.
Last season - both teams had to agree to interchange, but apparently that rule was dropped for this season.
C-Grade = Interchange (with upto 5 on bench)

Well lets look on the bright side of this hey ......
At least no one will finish in 10th place.
